AltaMura

Southwest of Bari, in the comune of Apulia, on one of the hills of the Murge Plateau, you will find Altamura. A small town recognized for their mother yeast, semolina flour, and bread which is sold all over Italy.

The bread is a classified D.O.P (Denominazione di Origine Protetta), which ensures that products are locally grown and packaged keeping their original taste.
